Community partnerships are very important to Potluck. In fact, the Potluck Café was born from a collaborative community project. Our organization believes that in order to work towards revitalizing the DTES community, we must be proactive in creating and managing community partnerships. We continue to reach out to like-minded organizations, non-profits, private sector organizations and individual community members. In doing so, we are better able to assess the needs of the community, improve our programs based on community feedback and target resources where they are most effective and valued by the community, foster community spirit and connectedness.
Partnership opportunities are vast and diverse from food donations to skilled volunteers. We invite you to contact us to discuss how we can work together to further benefit our residents and community.
