Potluck Reporting Dashboard

Potluck is working in partnership with the Vancity Community Foundation and Business Objects, an SAP company, in an ongoing Demonstrating Value Project. The project has brought together a selection of Social Enterprise Operators, Funders and Investors across Canada to assist in the creation of a performance management and reporting tool for use by the Social Enterprise Sector. An active participant from the beginning of the project, Potluck has created its own Performance Dashboard, using leading edge software technology, Crystal Reports and Xcelsius.

The Potluck Dashboard continues to evolve over time. For those interested in a better understanding of the organization, the Dashboard provides an interactive opportunity to explore the organization further and provides a holistic and concise overview of our focus.

To properly understand Social Enterprise and what differentiates a social enterprise from a conventional business, the information that we want to both 'know and show' is viewed through the following 3 lenses:

The audience of stakeholders for whom the Dashboard has been created includes:
