Recipes for Success

Potluck's Recipes for Success program shares the strategies, lessons learned and best practices of our employment-with-support model with like-minded businesses interested in hiring individuals with barriers to traditional employment. The program was initially launched with support from the Vancouver Foundation and Vancity Community Foundation.

Through Recipes for Success, Potluck details its integrated approach for promoting job success by combining employment, job training, and life-skills support. By leveraging Potluck's experience, we aim to increase the number of employers that commit to hiring individuals with barriers, and the number of employees able to retain employment.

Organizations that have also contributed their experience and insight to the program include The Cleaning Solution, Starworks, Atira, and Mills Basics and more.
