Potluck also continues to refine its own operating practices to reduce its ecological footprint. Some of our environmental shifts include:
- Greener technology with the installation of a Low Temperature Commercial Dishwasher
- Recycled and biodegradable paper supplies, disposable cutlery and paper serving supplies
- Purchasing recycled paper and office supplies wherever possible
- Investment in a new catering delivery vehicle with greener gas mileage
- Regular recycling of hard plastics, cardboard and paper
