Event Staff
Potluck prides ourselves on our outstanding event staff. From servers, bartenders, and delivery team members, we have the right people to make your Vancouver catering event successful.
Starting Event Staff Rate - $30 per hours plus 18% gratuity on the food and beverage total

Potluck Cafe and Catering were a delight to work with. We worked with them to organize a big work event in November 2023. They were very professional in handling our requests, rental equipment and event flow. The food was amazing and their staff was courteous and helpful. Their suggestions on the floor plan for food stations and bar helped the distribution of crowd throughout the venue. I highly recommend them.

My spouse and I chose Potluck Cafe Society to cater our 100 person wedding as their prices are great and their we wanted to support the work they do and provide in the the DTES. They were absolutely amazing. The two staff we had onsite were very helpful, friendly, and professional. We ordered platters + tappas for the main food and then assorted bars + gluten-free cookies for dessert. They cater to a wide range of dietary needs (we had majority vegetarian + vegan items, and guests with allergies and intolerances) and our guests raved to us about the food. Unfortunately I couldn't try everything, but the things I did were delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend Potluck for any event!
